What is the difference between a join tour and a private tour?
On a join tour you share the vehicle with other travellers and the price is per person. On a private tour the vehicle and the guide are yours alone, and the price is for the whole group — the same price whether there are two of you or four.
Where do you pick up from?
Sukhumvit 1–24, Sathorn, Silom, Pratunam, Phetchaburi, Chinatown and the Khao San Road area. [TBC — what happens for hotels outside these zones, and how much notice you need for the pickup time.]
How accurate are the timings on each tour page?
They are the real plan, estimated on weekday traffic out of Bangkok. Weekends and holidays can run longer. Your guide will tell you on the day if anything has shifted.
Is it suitable for children?
Children under 5 travel free but still take a seat. [TBC — child pricing, and which trips are too long for small children. The Erawan and Ayutthaya days are 12–13 hours door to door.]
What happens if it rains?
[TBC — rain policy. This matters most for Erawan, the bamboo rafting and the Amphawa firefly boat, which all depend on the weather.]
